Authorities began investigating Joseph Fortungo, a Stewartsville resident, after being informed images of young children posing in a sexual manner were uploaded online, Anthony Picione, Warren County Acting Prosecutor said.
Detectives were able to link the source of the uploads to Fortungo's residence, Picione said. Fortungo was also sending the images to others online, Picione said.
Fortungo was two counts of endangering the welfare of a child for knowingly possessing child sexual abuse material and intending to distribute child sexual abuse material, Picione said.
